Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026 · Version 2.5

1. Identity of the data controller

The data controller for your personal data is RadarPro, whose website is radarpro.ai and whose contact address is hola@radarpro.ai.

2. What data we collect and on what legal basis

Each processing activity has its own legal basis under Article 6(1) of the GDPR (RGPD):

  • User account (email, name, sign-up date). Legal basis: performance of a contract. We need it so that you can use the service.
  • Acceptance of the Terms of Use (which version you accepted and when). Legal basis: performance of a contract. We keep it so that we can prove which terms you accepted.
  • Subscription and payments (customer identifier in the payment gateway, subscription status and dates, NOT card numbers — these are handled by the certified payment gateway). Legal basis: performance of a contract + legal obligation (invoicing).
  • Filters and alerts (the search criteria you save, favourites, property pages viewed, credits used). Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Conversations with the AI assistant within the app. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Voice dictation (only if you press the microphone when typing what you are looking for and give your browser permission). Your browser converts your voice into text: RadarPro neither receives nor stores audio, only the text, which we treat like any search you type. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Sales contact requests (name, email, phone number, purchase goal, area, budget, time frame and any comments you wish to add in the form). Legal basis: consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We only use this data to get in touch with you about your request.
  • Service emails (the alerts you create, notifications about your favourites and those relating to your account, your payments or your subscription). Legal basis: performance of a contract. They are part of the service you use.
  • Marketing emails (news, featured opportunities, offers and the weekly summary). Legal basis: consent, which you give by ticking the email box when you sign up or by subscribing to the newsletter. You can withdraw it whenever you wish using the unsubscribe link in each email or from your profile.
  • Reminder about a payment you left unfinished. Legal basis: legitimate interest, because it relates to a purchase that you started. It includes an unsubscribe link and you can object at any time.
  • Email measurement (whether emails are delivered, whether they are opened and which links are clicked). Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving their content and in no longer writing to people who do not read them. Measurement only takes place in emails that include an unsubscribe link, and you can object by unsubscribing from any of them.
  • Analytics cookies. Legal basis: explicit consent managed through the cookie banner.
  • Advertising campaign measurement (advertising cookie identifiers, IP address, browser and your encrypted email, when you sign up, start a payment or subscribe). Legal basis: consent, given when you accept marketing cookies in the banner. Without it, nothing is sent.
  • Technical session data (user agent, IP address in the hosting provider’s logs). Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

3. Data processors (third parties that receive your data)

To operate the service, we share strictly necessary data with specialist technology providers, all of which are subject to data processing agreements and, where applicable, to the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission:

  • Database and authentication provider with servers in the European Union. Data: account, sessions, saved content.
  • Hosting and usage metrics provider. Data: server logs, performance and usage metrics.
  • PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. Data: the customer’s email and card details processed in its certified environment.
  • Email delivery provider. Data: the recipient’s address and the content of the message.
  • Artificial intelligence model provider that powers our AI assistant. Data: the text of your conversations with the assistant.
  • Maps provider. Data: your IP address and the area of the map you are viewing, when it loads.
  • Web analytics platform (only if you accept analytics cookies). Data: anonymous interactions with the site, pseudonymous identifier.
  • Advertising platform (only if you accept marketing cookies). Data: the advertising campaign measurement data, so that we know which adverts bring sign-ups and subscriptions.

International transfers. The artificial intelligence model provider processes data outside the European Economic Area. For that reason, we recommend that you do not include in your conversations with the assistant any personal data that is not necessary for your query.

We can give you the specific identity of each provider on reasoned request if you write to hola@radarpro.ai. We do not sell your data.

4. Retention periods

  • Account and subscription: for as long as your account is active. Once you request deletion, it is deleted within a maximum of 30 days unless there is a legal obligation (e.g. invoices: 6 years under tax regulations).
  • Acceptance of the Terms of Use: for as long as your account exists.
  • Sales contact requests: 12 months, with automatic deletion.
  • Technical logs and analytics cookies: up to 14 months.
  • Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe using the link in the email itself or ask us to.
  • Record of cookie consent: 24 months, as required by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

5. Your rights

You can exercise the following rights over your data at any time by writing to hola@radarpro.ai:

  • Access: to request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure (right to be forgotten): to ask us to delete your data.
  • Objection: to object to our processing your data for a specific purpose.
  • Restriction: to ask us to restrict the use of your data while we review a complaint.
  • Portability: to request your data in a structured format (JSON) so that you can transfer it to another service.
  • Not to be subject to automated decisions: the AI Score and the AI assistant’s recommendations are for guidance only; purchase decisions are always made by you.

We process requests within a maximum of 30 calendar days (usually in under 48 working hours). If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

6. Cookies and trackers

We use cookies and similar technologies. You can find the details in our Cookie Policy and change your preferences at any time using the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.

7. Security

Your data travels encrypted (HTTPS / TLS) and is stored encrypted at rest on our systems. Only authorised personnel have access to the production databases. In the event of a security breach affecting your data, we will notify you within a maximum of 72 hours, in accordance with Article 33 of the GDPR.

8. YouTube API Services

RadarPro uses the YouTube API Services to publish videos on its own YouTube channel (youtube.com/@RadarPro_ai). This integration does not access data belonging to YouTube users or to other channels, nor does it collect, store or share such data: the only connected account is that of the RadarPro channel, and the only thing we send to YouTube is our own videos with their titles and descriptions.

When you watch or interact with our videos on YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply.

If you have authorised RadarPro to access your Google account, you can revoke that access at any time from the Google security settings page. To have us delete any data we hold about you, write to us at hola@radarpro.ai: we deal with the request within the time limits set out in section 5.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make substantial changes to this policy, we will let you know by email (to registered users) and through a visible banner on the site. This is version 2.5, published on 1 October 2026.
