1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to remember you between visits or to measure how the site itself is used. We also use other similar technologies (the browser’s local storage, pixels), which we treat as cookies for the purposes of this policy.
2. Categories of cookies we use
We divide cookies into three categories. Necessary cookies always load because the site does not work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies only load if you accept them in the cookie banner or from “Manage cookies”.

3.1. Necessary
Essential for the site to work (session, payments, preferences). They cannot be turned off.

3.2. Analytics
They help us understand how the site is used so that we can improve it. They only load if you accept this category.

4. How do you manage your preferences?
There are three ways to manage cookies:
- Initial banner: the first time you visit the site, you can choose “Accept all”, “Reject” or “Customise”.
- “Manage cookies” link in the footer: it lets you change your choice at any time.
- Your browser settings: you can delete stored cookies or set your browser to block them (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Bear in mind that blocking the necessary cookies will cause parts of the site to stop working.
5. International transfers
Some of our technology providers process data outside the European Economic Area. In all cases they do so under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, which guarantee a level of protection equivalent to that of the GDPR (RGPD).
6. Updates
If we add new cookies or change the ones we use, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again (the banner will reappear automatically).
